“we had a lovely 3 night stay here! location is amazing- about a 25 min walk or a 10 min tram to the centre! there is a Spar nearby which is very convenient. the staff were very friendly and accommodating to let us leave our bags prior to and after checkout. the room was comfortable, spacious and clean! there is a coffee machine available downstairs and a nice reception area to relax in. overall a great stay! would highly recommend!”

“We absolutely loved our stay in Amsterdam! The rooms were perfect for four friends in our early 30s travelling together - modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. While the hotel itself has a more historic European feel, it still felt updated and comfortable for North American travellers. The bathrooms were a little on the dated side, but everything was extremely clean and we always felt very safe during our stay. One of our favourite parts was being placed in the courtyard — it was absolutely stunning and made the experience feel even more special. The staff truly went above and beyond throughout our stay and were amazing to deal with from start to finish, so a huge shoutout to them! The location was also perfect. It was incredibly easy to hop on public transportation or rent bikes directly from the hotel to explore the city. Overall, this was the perfect stay and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!”

“Great location, lovely reception area and excellent breakfast. The staff were very helpful and professional. The room we stayed in was a bit disappointing and felt it needed some TLC and updating. It was on the lower floor so didn’t have much of a view and was very hot during the night with just a fan/no a/c.”

“Everything was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental and it was fresh and delicious. Location is very good. We had a room with 2 twin beds. No air conditioning, just a fan, and we were in the top floor with a tiny window overlooking the wall of the other building. It was quite hot inside and we had the window open all the time. As it appears is not common air conditioning in some older buildings. Maybe other rooms are better but I would not stay again in this hotel unless I can see what room we will get exactly. So ask before you checkin.”

“I was super impressed on how welcoming the staff were. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage knowing it would be safe as we went to visit a relative. On our return we were pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to a larger room! Very spacious and clean with a lovely view of the garden. There was a kettle so we could make tea and water was provided.The beds were super comfortable. Great location. Busy area yet our street was quiet. Near to trams and museums. Will definable stay again! Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. They were super helpful and very engaging.”

“Just got back from a 3 night stay the hotel location is excellent just right for the places you need to go to. The trams are very close by and its easy to learn the routes. This hotel may be a 3 star but the staff make sure you get a 5 star service. I had a few request and they went out of their way to please me. The hotel and rooms are very clean, I would highly recommend staying here. We are also planning on coming back very soon. A big thank you to all the staff.”
